I’m a seasonal worker and photographer who aims to share the feelings of awe and inspiration that I experience in nature. Growing up, I was terrified of bugs, hated sleeping in a tent, and would rather have gnawed my own arm off than wander into the woods. Learning to become an outdoorsy person has changed my life for the better in every way; hiking has given me a way to experience magic in the world around me while photography has given me a way to relive it.
I’ve spent the last three years taking all sorts of jobs - from mushing dogs in Alaska to bartending in Australia - and have been fortunate enough to explore the world and meet incredible people. I’m beyond grateful for these experiences, and wanted to make a little place dedicated to that gratitude.
I am passionate about dogs, renaissance faires, staying hydrated, and touching all the moss that I can. Feel free to follow me on Instagram @ally__wanders - I cannot wait to share my adventures with you and celebrate yours in return!
